Ingredients and preparation of 6pcs.Tortillas (21cm Ø):
200 g Wise Food Tortilla Flour Mixture
4 g salt
200 g lukewarm water
10 g gluten-free flour for kneading
Add the salt to the flour mixture, pour on water and stir it well with a wooden spoon. Cover the bowl and let the mass rest for 10 minutes. Right after, knead the dough over on a floury surface, then split into 6 pieces of the same weight. Stretch each of them to circle sheets 21cm over.
Baking: in a saucepan on medium heat, without fat for approx. 2-2,5 minutes per side. As soon as the sheets have been fried, place them in a tea towel and let them to soften back.
