Ingredients and preparation of Sponge:
100 g Wise Food Sponge Flour Mix
15 g Wise Food 5xSweet Sweetener or 75 g sugar
1 g salt
20 g water
For frying: a baking tray with 31cmx 22cm inner size, silicone baking paper.
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Churn up hard foam from the egg whites with the salt. Add Wise Food 5xSweet Sweetener or sugar and water to the egg yolks, then churn it up again. Stir the mass clean-boled with the flour mixture. Finally, turn the egg white foam carefully into this mass, avoid to smash the foam as much as possible. Pour the mass in the baking paper lined baking tray, then smooth the top of the mass.
Baking: in a preheated oven to 140°C on top and bottom heat for 32-35 minutes. Don’t forget to make a needle test!
