Ingredients and preparation of 2 pcs. pizza:
250 g Wise Food Pizza Flour Mix
12 g oil
10 g white wine vinegar
230 g lukewarm water
6 g gluten-free flour for kneading and stretching
Stir the liquid ingredients well, then pour the mass with the flour mixture together and knead it well. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, then knead the dough again on a floury surface. Split into 2 pieces of the same weight. Stretch from both circle sheets. Prick the pasta frequently with a fork, then spread it with sauce to your taste, and put the toppings as you like it. Place the sheets in a baking paper lined baking tray and grease the still untouched edges with oil. Let the ready-to-bake dough rest for 15 minutes.
Baking: in a preheated oven to 200°C, on top and bottom heat for 27 minutes.
