Ingredients and preparation:
250 g Wise Food Pancake Flour Mix
1 tbsp Wise Food 5xSweet sweetener or 1 tbsp sugar
3 dl milk
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
about 2 dl soda water
2 tbsp oil
For baking: oil
Stir the milk with the eggs, a pinch of salt, sugar and oil, then gradually add the flour mixture to it. Churn up the mass with a hand mixer until it is clean-boled and add enough soda water to get a dough with the density of cream. Bake the pancakes in a traditional way, then filled to taste and they are ready to serve. This amount is enough for approx. 10 pancakes. Of course, pancakes can also be made in a vegan version. In this case, I replaced the egg with chickpea flour and water (3 tbsp flour+2,5 dl of water = instead of 4 eggs), while I replaced the milk with seed milk (especially with rice milk). It's yummy also!
