Ingredients and preparation:
200 g Wise Food Muffin Flour Mix
30 g cocoa powder
40 g Wise Food 5xSweet Sweetener
2 g salt
8 g baking powder
65 g melted dark chocolate
110 g apricot jam
3 eggs (shelled 115 grams)
200 g soft margarine
70 g shredded dark chocolate, to the top of the muffins, before baking
From the first part of the ingredients: Stir the dry ingredients. We will get a floury mixture as a result. From the second part of the ingredients: you have to expansion the moist ingredients with a mixer, add the floury mixture to it and make the mass consistent. After it, divide the mass into 12 silicone mun baking cups (or into baking paper lined simple, metal baking cups). From the third part of the ingredients: strew the shredded chocolates proportional on the top of the muns. Let them rest until the oven is heating up.
Baking: in a preheated oven at 180°C, on top and bottom heat for 30-35 minutes.
