Ingredients and preparation:
250 g Wise Food Bread Flour Mix
20 g lemon juice
20 g oil
280 g lukewarm water
10 g of any gluten-free flour for kneading and formatting
2 g oil for greasing before baking
Stir the liquid ingredients in a bowl, then pour into the flour mixture and knead it well together (kneading by a mixer machine is good for the dough). Cover the bowl let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Knead again on a floury surface and form a 18 cm long rod shape. Place it in a baking paper lined baking tray, grease the top with the oil and cut in a few places. Leaven the dough, until the oven is warm (minimum 15 minutes).
Baking: in a preheated oven to 190°C on the top and bottom heat for 70 minutes. The weight of our finished bread will be about 500 g.
