Ingredients and preparation:
250g Wise Food Crispy Chocolate Cookies Flour Mix
20 g Wise Food 5xSweet Sweetener or 100 g sugar
3 g salt
1 egg (unshelled 54 grams)
60 g chocolate
100 g soft butter
+ 10 g of flour mixture for kneading
Crumble the butter in the flour. Add the sweetener, the salt, the chocolate, then stir it together. Beat the egg into it and knead it to a mass. Cover the dish and place in the refrigerator for half an hour to rest. When the resting time is over, knead the mass well again on a floury bakeboard, then split it into balls of the same size (about the size of walnuts), which can be flatten by cookie stamp or manually. Place the cookies in a baking paper lined baking tray, and let them rest while the oven is heating up.
Baking: in a preheated oven to 180°C on top and bottom
heat for 25 minutes.
