Ingredients and preparation:
100 g Wise Food Brownie Flour Mix
300 g of chocolate pastille
150 g butter
50 g Wise Food 5xSweet Sweetener or 250g sugar
Take a baking tray (inner size30cm x 20cm) and line it with silicone baking paper. Add the chocolate pastille, along with the diced butter to a bowl, and melt it over water steam. Mill the egg yolks with sugar until it is frothy, than mix it with the cold chocolate. Drizzle the flour through a sieve, and stir it with the mass. Finally churn up the egg whites into a firm foam then gently turn it over with the whole mass. Pour it into a butter-greased baking tray.
Baking: in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. It is good, when its top starts to be crusty, but if you press it, still completely soft inside.
